The course, also known as Pranic Energy Healing Level 1, will run weekly on Fridays from Oct. 4 to Nov. 29, 2024, from 7:15 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. EDT for a total of approximately 16 hours. The course will be offered through Zoom and will explore how to:
- “Feel” subtle energy;
- Evaluate various “layers” of the energy bodies and other nuances of subtle energy;
- Rapidly and accurately find areas where a person’s energy is constricted, or where “energy blockages” occur, and how to remove them;
- Project fresh vital life force (a type of subtle energy);
- Achieve internal stillness through meditation;
- Use the power of yogic breathing or Pranayama;
- Do physical exercises to increase one’s energy; and
- Use practical applications of subtle energy for various needs
This workshop provides the practitioner with the theoretical and practical knowledge to do basic subtle energy treatments, which they can begin after the course is completed. A post-evaluation will be included to provide students with recommendations on their use of the techniques learned in class. Monthly practice sessions will also be offered at no additional cost.

Subtle Energy Healing Level 2
Advance subtle energy healing with new techniques and colour usage. More details to come. Dates TBA towards the end of 2024. Prerequisite: Subtle Energy Healing Level 1.
Subtle Energy Healing Level 3
Provides the practitioner with the ability to understand more about the emotional and mental aspects of their clients. Practitioners learn to recognize negative unwanted energies, thought forms, and energy entities or elementals that cloud their client’s perception. More details to come. Prerequisite: Subtle Energy Healing Level 2.
Subtle Enery Healing Level 4
Often people notice that they may be sensitive to, or may be affected by interference in their lives, through receiving unwanted subtle energies from outside sources. In this course, you will learn how to create several forms of subtle energy shields, and be provided with energetic defence techniques to help enhance and protect your health and well-being. More details to come. Prerequisite: Subtle Energy Healing Level 1.
